#80337 - RE: Clamp Diodes for Output. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Have a look at datasheet of ADUC812/4. If I remember correctly, there is an example layout shown, where the analog supply voltage is gained from the digital one by intense LC filtering.
Hi Kai, I had a look at the ADuc812 Evaluation board layouts Even in this board the things are simillar to AD7731 board layout. Two separte supply connectors for Analog and Digital sections. and the DGND AGND joined close to ADuc812 micro. Now, that layout stuff is clear the question arising in my mind is how to feed these two connectors from diffrent power supplies or same power supply. 1. If they are fed from same Power supply I smell a GND loop since AGND and DGND will get connected at Power supply output as well as at ADC. 2. In my present power supply board design I don't have provision for two separate +5V supply outputs. In that case what should be done? Thanks & Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
