Correct and better because it can offer excellent 50Hz supply ripple rejection with the proper selection of the clock frequency. And its easy to use interface with MCUs ( polarity, overflow, underflow besides the display data ) coupled with the 20,000 count resolution makes it a hot favourite with many DPM and weighing machine manufacturers. And reason why it is available for 2USD as against the 20USD for the AD574 and the like. If you can make do with 2 or 3Hz sampling rate, then this 7135 is a good choice. Raghu |
