No relevant improve, because these interwinding capacitances do also exist between primary and secondary windings. So, with splitting the transformers nothing is gained, provided they are connected to the same mains supply...

Then what is the best way to feed the circuits with separate supply connectors for Analog section and Digital section? The method which totally eliminates the Gnd loop.
