The design had not changed. The firmware had not changed. The board had not changed. The cables had not changed. They had changed nothing about this product,


My first guess would be that something about the test had changed. Possibly something that wasn't controlled for example room temperature. The first thing I would try would be to take a piece that had previously passed the quality test and put it through the test again.
