At this time I don't have access to a better camera, but when I do I'll provide some better pix. So I'll try to explain the wiring in the box.
120VAC enters the back of the box through a fused power receptical (NO filters) hot is switched. The 120VAC splits off to the circuit board, the heater control and to one of three transformers that we use for different models, 12,18 or 24 volt. The secondaries go to 35 amp 600v bridge rectifier that DC then goes up to the board. The output from the heater control goes over to an IEC female socket at the back of the box. Safety ground goes from the entry receptical to the IEC female socket and is tied to the mounting feet of the transformer. This wiring can be seen on page 16 of this document http://www.trcind.com/pdf/hc4.pdf A cord plugs in to the IEC receptical an terminates at the terminal block shown in the last picture of my previous post and the safety ground is connected to the machine there. Until I can get our camera back, that's the best picture I can paint. Jon |
