#96404 - my hesitance
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Unfortunatley the 'Atmel ISP Programmer' doesn't worked for me ! :(

you know , if i don't know why am i doing something for ,if i ever do that , i'll do it hesitantly.
I have had read many articles on ground noise ,but till the day that i get my hans on an osciloscope and conected the Scope's porbe to some diferent points of the PCB ground i couldn't make myself agree that connecting a .1uf could lower this noise. that time i saw that there was a big noise about 200mv noise on the ground line and adding some bypass caps lowered the noise to some 20mv level .
after today all my future designs will include ground signals in flat cable and even shielded cables whenever possible ,as all of my current designs includes a modest ground plane and bypass caps.

thanks and regards :
Farshid J.H.
