Whaqt I am 'hammering' and 'hammering' is that since no test can be complete, reliability is not accomplished by testing, it is accomplished by design.

likewise for functiobality.

This is not a statement that testing should be ignored, left incomplete or any such, just putting the emphasis where it should be - on the design.
