I know the people "behind" my tools. It may take a while, but anyone reasonable can work his/her way into any companys hierachy.

For instance, when I worked with Hi-Tech and the XA I was on the phone to Austarlia quite often with the head honcho and got immediate responses (next morning). When I worked with Nohau, I got the head honcho to replace the developers PCs with regular (not "souped up") versions to show them how excruciatingly slow their software was (it worked). In the above "names witheld by request". I have similar relations with the companies I work with at this time (if tech support does not solve the problem, call "Joe")

The above was and is free once the tools are paid.

you can try to make a deal with Maarten Brock to do all of this for you :-)))
and I thought open source was free
