#131653 - thanks. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
As for printing the images, I am aware with the orientation issues.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions. First, I'll try one-at-a-time development. I'll take a double sided board as 2 single sided boards, and while I'll do the 1st side, I'll leave the white backing on (the cover on the presensitized board), so that hopefully when I develop and etch, nothing will eat that side of the board. Then when I am done, I will drill large alignment holes, and completely match the other circuit on the other side. and align them to the holes. then I can develop the entire board, and when I etch, I will have to apply something on the already-etched side that will prevent the etchant from eating the copper. I was thinking of a permanent marker, because they are cheap. If I use a permanent marker, how do I know which markers are good quality and which are bad for circuit boards? |
