Hi All,

Nowadays, FPGAs are new research topic for me. I have XILINX-Spartan-3E FPGA kit. And I also use ISE software to design, simulate and program installation operations. Is there anyone who can suggest me any material to read? I'm trying to learn VHDL to get able to write system codes. What do you advise me to learn VHDL?

On the otherhand, as far as I know, there are some types of FPGAs which have internal micro controller cores or some analog components(op-amps, resistors, capacitors etc.) Is there any FPGA which has a 8051 core?

I'm confused. I don't know what do I have to learn first. Show me the true way to learn FPGA design please.
