I just look to see what DigiKey and Mouser charge for this sorta stuff. Xilinx links to the Avnet pricing, too.

re: Spartan 3AN ... in typical Brand X fashion, the only Spartan 3As you can order now are the 400 and 700 in monster BGAs, and the 50 would fit a lot of things. So I expect them to do the biggest 3ANs first and ship the smaller one last. Pricing hasn't been quite set yet. Grrrr.

Oh, yeah, I forgot that Lattice has been shipping an FPGA with built-in config flash for a couple of years. $15 or so, single quantity of the LFXP3E part in 100-pin TQFP.
