After PC shutdown & restart :
0ne port causes my <OK> programmer current sink at it's comport.
and both RxD and TxD left .
Also My external RS-232 Modem did'nt act .

and the other damaged port seems to be RxD signal damaged .
and TxD is right . as same as a semi-damage object .

And I have lost a MAX232 chip in one time .

I'm sure a serious problem is exist . but only difference have
been XTAL 22.1184MHZ instead of 11.0592MHZ and results baud rate from 19200 to 38400 .
