A "solderless breadboard" should never be used for anything operating at a frequency much above 60 Hz! Even then, they're very unreliable.

The power distribution is totally inadequate for anything much above DC, the inter-contact capacitance causes signals to couple from one to another, and the contacts are, at best, unreliable.

What's more, the circuit changes by itself as ambient temperature and pressure change.
