#148953 - we are here to help
Responding to: ???'s previous message

What you suggest (building a board without having made something work on a purchased devboard first) is pure torture, you have no idea if it is the code or the hardware that causes whatever. I tend to recall that some of my missing hair got pulled just for that reason

I am sorry for your missing hair (at least that portion you've lost because of mistakes in wiring :-) ) but you might not have a helpful friend at hand in that time. We are here to help. There are hints for debugging such rudimentary systems in the FAQ. We can answer questions.

I'd spare the money to buy the SiLabs kit, but not until the basic vanilla is up an blinkey running.
