The main problem here is, as I said originally, that you are far less likely to find other tools (particularly debuggers) to support it. :-( An employer a long time ago went for Ada on the grounds that that was supposed to be "good" and "safe" etc. Trouble was, there were few other tools to support it, and they were nowhere near the state-of-the-art for comparable 'C' tools. :-( |
