So, in your opinion, I don't have authority to give that advice
whether you have authority is irrelevent but it is obvious you do not have the knowledge. Since you, by your own admission, never have (been involved in) releasing a program how the #&&!! can you advicde anyone on the subject. You, the amateur, want to advice each and every professional on how to do professional designs. Where do you have even a grain of knowledge on that subject ???

I have no problem with a post from you "for bungling amateurs it may work to ..." but you phrasing posts with "the only way to ..." is ludicrous.
