#98937 - LPC reliability. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
When the LPC932 was newly released, I read some scary reports on the web and did not use them in my products, now I have purchased some LPC921s and I am trying to program them, I have already locked up 4 of them, it seems very difficult to start with these chips, even though there are three methods to work with the ISP (apart from the ICP)none of them are working at the moment. Dear John, I am using LPC932A1 and LPC922 for my products & I find them as reliable as bigger Philips micros [ V51RD2, C668 etc ]. It appears you could prgoram factory fresh LPC921 only once. What circuitary do you use for ISP entry and ISP programming. I designed this with help of Keil MCB900 schematics and it works great. ![]() If you dont want to use these complicated ISP entry methods, you can use Erik's No touch. Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
