Most companies I know have "idiots" to answer the technical calls. Only a few of these "idiots" are smart enough to say "I do not know, I'll transfer you"
So, as long as you talk with the "idiots" you will get "you are crazy" when, indeed it is the "idiot" that is. This is not Philips only. For all companies I deal with to any extent I save direct e-mail addresses to "second tier support" ( e g. Bill Houghton) and make use of those. Erik |
