#99143 - Reset post-production
Responding to: ???'s previous message
We are currently using about 200k LPC932's a year in production with no reports of problem. I think in our case, most of the problem was the fact that we didn't realize the reset shortcomings at the time nor the ISP issues we ran into. The result was a LONG development time.

My biggest mistake was allowing our company to select this single chip based on Philips sales pitch --- "only requires a single decoupling cap". I have learned my lesson on that! We were one of the early "big" developers to get on board with the LPC900 and we paid the price in development time.

Presently, as long as one KNOWS that a proper reset will need to be designed AND selects a good development programmer, I wouldn't expect you to have much problem. I really like the family and I would recommend it.
