Its clear that these LPC9xx do have serious problem with POR and BOD. But What's the solution to this isnt clear yet.

If you configure the part for an external reset input (a bit in UCFG1 flash memory) then this is not an issue.

Tomas & Erik you have been using LPC9xx in quantities of several K. how do you deal with this Reset related Problem? Do you use an external Supervisor?

I have already started using LPC9xx in some products and I am planning to use them in some more products but this reset thing has really scared me.

Is LPC9xx only meant for toys?
