we paid the price in development time.

Presently, as long as one KNOWS that a proper reset will need to be designed AND selects a good development programmer, I wouldn't expect you to have much problem. I really like the family and I would recommend it.


I have no doubt that marketing forced the 89LPC932 out before it was ready, but what I have seen with the P89LPC932 is NOTHING compared to the "birth" of the first Atmel flash based '51. So, where this series is now is if you do as you are supposed to it is a great chip. Agreed, it took a while to get established what you were "supposed to do".

Have we not had the very same discussion over and over again regarding RC reset and flash for every chip?
