Yes, I am. Unfortunately prior to the offical launch of that product, I am not allowed to talk about them unless specifically authorized(sometimes it is very painful to keep quiet). We certainly are not done with the product line. I believe the device with the largest memory so far is the LPC936 with 16 kB. I know it might be hard for you to believe, but in my group, we really do think about how changes might affect customers. "How is this going to affect customers?" is a commonly heard question. If we do an excellent job of this, you will never know it.
As to the support staff in the field, it was a lot easier to afford an FAE when MCU were $10 each and the FAE cost $50K/ yr. Its a lot harder when the FAE cost twice as much and the MCUs are $1 or less.
