A 40 pin dip derivate (easier to solder in many times)

Even a PLCC is very easy to solder if proper socket is used.
- In some cases PLCC is cheaper than DIP.
- Better noise immunity since that 20 - 40 Gnd - Vcc stupid arrangement is replace with somewhat better.
- PLCC looks better than DIP.
