Keil has an excellent ARM compiler but the real strength is the simulator/debugger. ARM has RealView but then you must purchase ADS and Multi-ICE.
Keil's Compiler/Debugger and JTAG is less than half the price of an ARM set-up.
I think that ARM saw a real competitor coming up and they headed them off at the pass as they say in the Westerns. Is CodeWarrior next?
