Ads are displayed based on the second of the minute when the page is loaded, not on a tracked cycle that guarantees that every member will see every advertisement in the same order every time. But, statistically, the ads are shown at the correct frequency.

Currently, the Keil ad is one of three ads being displayed in the forum. It is displayed 10% of the time (when the last digit of the second is '9' at the time the page is loaded).
