I'm not sure which ad you're talking about. There's still one that appears on a rotating basis at the top of the page.

No changes to Keil advertising on 8052.com have been made as a result of or after the acquisition by ARM. As a reseller of Keil, I have been assured that '51 support by Keil will not change and there are no plans to make any changes that impact the resellers.

All in all, it would appear at this time that there's nothing to support some of the sinister speculation going on. Time will tell, of course, but at this time I think thoughts of impending doom are based on speculation rather than any real hard evidence.
