I think true in general, but here it is the other way round. ARM has a very good ARM compiler, and Keil has not
what about the IDEiots? what about the debugger? what about the linker? Maybe in one of those areas. Keil openly stated that they started with a GNU based compiler integrated with the rest of their stuff and we all know that you get what you pay for.
