I don't know if it was just my imagination, but the new site does seem to load faster!


I don't think it's your imagination. A lot of useless and slow code had built up over time and I cleaned a lot of that out. Also optimized some database tables and created some new keys. The sidebar buttons are also smaller so should load faster.

All in all an increase in speed was expected. I'm glad it is being observed in "real life."

And for the record, I like the blue.
