I definitely prefer bright text on dark background. Why?


I always used to and this time I couldn't figure out why the white background wasn't bothering me. I'm thinking maybe it's because last time I overhauled the website and had the darker background I was using a desktop with a traditional monitor while now I do all my work on my laptop. I'm guessing the white background isn't as offensive when viewed from a laptop screen.

Anyway, I'll be putting in a configuration option for the background color so everyone can choose whatever color they want.
