Not as bad as you think - I could very clearly understand your message !!

Yes the signature part would save you the trouble of typing those few words at the end of the message. But looking at it from a different view point, any post in a forum does not need you type the pleasantaries at the end - like "Regards", "With love" or whatever. If you look at some posts they don't even have the name of the poster - because it is amply clear from the listing as to who posted it.

Even in E-Mail I don't stick to a signature - the ending lines are mostly based on the context and the person being addressed. I don't want to look like another of those automated servers that start a message to me with "Dear ragunath73" ;-]]
