I do plan on modifying the system so that before the first post that a new member makes to the forum that they are presented with the forum rules and must click "I understand and accept" or something to that effect. The forum rules will also be displayed every time to members with negative karma.

That would be nice, I must appreciate.

Honestly speaking, I don't like to award a -ve to any one just because I am not sure whether he is aware of rules or not.
