Constantly? Even if you are "logged in" the webserver removes you from the list of logged-in users if you haven't had any activity in 15 minutes. So if you logon at 10am and navigate for 20 minutes until 10:20am and then do other things for 15 minutes and click "Refresh" at 10:35am you may see that the list no longer shows your name because, as far as the server is concerned, you were no longer active. Once your activity begins again it will take 0-5 minutes for your name to reappear on the list.

This is sounding more confusing than it really is. I may just remove this "efficiency" so it's real-time.
