The yellow "New" in the main list does not disappear when you read the thread and refresh. Well, coming back 5 mins later it was gone.


I may have spoke too soon. I think I may have just witnessed this happen to me, too, and I think I have an idea of why.

I have to go downtown and argue with some idiotic public "servants" over an absurd property value appraisal that has led to a rediculous property tax bill. I'll try to fix this problem after I get back from failing with my efforts downtown.
