I know that it is hard to resist, but please, I meant it as a list of features/integrated peripherals, not a list of chips that have this and that.

By the way, nobody mentioned extended commands (except perhaps for the 16-bit ALU). There is one opcode unimplemented in '51, which can be used for such extension - although this means quite a significant incompatibility with the original '51. (Yes, I know, the XA uses it this way.)

For inspiration, while young, I played with Z80 (ZXSpectrum-clone) quite a lot, and I liked the block move operations of it (btw. they were implemented in a similar way, using a "prefix" opcode (0EDh)).
