I want a reasonably priced 8051 with:

PCA timer
2 UARTs
XRAM
FLASH (ISP of course)

and EEPROM, though not required, would be nice :-)

Seems like a simple list, but I can't find one! Most derivatives with 2 UARTs have a bazillion other add-ons.
