Well, you barely can omit the isolation between LPT and RAM data bus... You certainly can omit the other two '245s if you issue the NOPs via LPT-DATA at the moment when code fetches are latched into the processor...

I'd also add perhaps a feedback from /PSEN (buffered of course).

I still don't understand, why do you want to do this.
