That's a <$40 board that uses a standard 805x MCU and a full complement of RAM and ROM, if you choose to populate it all. It also supports the RS485 and RS232 serial I/O, along with an LCD.

Even better

use a SILabs devboard ($99 - up) that gives you full ICE functionality in the bargain.
