#77603 - Challenging bad scores Responding to: ???'s previous message |
In my suggestion of a why? link I am specifically referring to "Wrong Answer" which, of all the scores, should be based on fact. Very true. I'm considering adding an option that will allow the person that is subjected to negative scoring to "challenge" the score. If it is challenged then, elsewhere, members would be able to vote on whether or not the score was fair. If the other members vote that the score was fair then the score would remain as-is. If the other members vote that the score was not fair then the score would be removed from the message in question and the person that originally scored the message unfairly would receive one negative karma score. The system could also keep track of what percentage of scores that a given user assigns to messages are later voted on as unfair. If it exceeds a certain number or percentage the person automatically loses scoring access. Regards, Craig Steiner |
