Best Posts list might be an ides, but I really do not want to see in the threads "why is this not a 'best post'" and "why is this a 'best post'".
While this might be a nice idea it will be a bone of contention (this is in the best post list, I don't think it should be so I will give it a negative point). Just see the discussion re karma points.

I would reject this idea just to keep the peace.
