a button that adds a post to a new page showing a list of the best posts, and a button that adds a thread to a list of the best threads. and hopefully the original posters had descriptive headers, as those would show up on the new pages, too. (or maybe they could go back and change them.)

the Karma symbols are kind of buried in the haystack. plus they're haphazard, you only get one per day, and if you don't log in that often ...

the admins could have kill lists to weed out any top posts/threads they disagreed with.
