that Keil base is updated slowly.
For example, Keil supports AT89C51CC03 but search by mark "CAN" does not indicate this chip;
- a couple of chips are not included there, for example, many AT89C51xx2 devices (including ID2, ED2);
- not possible to search by some important parameters (for example, how to find the chips which have EEPROM built-in only);
- the base contains obsolette derivatives (for example, most of these chips are included into the database nevertheless Atmel do not recommend them to be used in the new products.

Indeed, that base is better than nothing or that a user may find in section "Chips" of the site.
