that Keil base is updated slowly.
For example, Keil supports AT89C51CC03 but search by mark "CAN" does not indicate this chip;
To expect Keil, or anybody else to maintain a chip base perfectly is asking for the moon. Still, IMHO, it is the best, second only to the manufacturers lists which often are updated too fast. I have found wonderful chips that, when requested, were "availabe in Q3 next year"
