Anyway, is it possible for users to add news to there? It's not possible right now. But maybe is it good idea to implement a way by which user may add news himself? I understand that if anybody will be able to post anything there then it may be problem with spam, advertisement etc. So a kind of limitation should be implemented, indeed. For example, by karma, by stars, or just with private agreement with them who wish to post news. At least, I am ready for it. That's one of the new features I'll be adding with the new site.
