(sorry if they've already been mentioned)

- sort order buttons at the top of the forum subject listing (sort by date of last post, sort by date of first post ...)

- a refresh button instead of reclicking on Newest to refresh (it looks like you're on the Previous Page page after you click Newest, because after you click Newest, Previous Page is not a link, and Newest).

- include both server local timestamps and client local timestamps on each line in the forum subject listings.

- but (re previous item) delete low-priority columns if user's monitor is not very large (if that info is consistently available to the browser).
