When I said
Even with 2mm tracks for VLED and GNDLED a two layer PCB will do.
I meant that from the "needed space on PCB" point of view it's posible to route such a board, because I could do it just last week. Actually I should have said "I did it last week having in mind the fact that 2mm width is enough for 6.4A". It may also be calculated using Jan Waclawek's layout guy:
